All international order is shipped through FedEx, DHL or UPS. MaAsher fabric Store, is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any applicable custom fees, taxes and duties applied in the country of delivery, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay all fees.
Please carefully check and confirm address and contact information are entered correctly as we will not be responsible for any order that is returned to us, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for loss or stolen packages once the carrier marks your package as delivered. We reserve the right to not ship to certain areas, in the event shipping charges are too costly. We do not ship to PO Boxes. By completing a purchase with us you agree to our full shipping and delivery policy.

Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday-Friday. All orders for in stock merchandise are shipped within 3-5 business days excluding public holidays.

Shipping Duration
After your order has been processed, it takes around 5 to 10 business days for the order to be delivered depending on your location. There can be delays beyond our control such as customs and postal service delays.

Tracking Information
After your order is processed, you will receive your tracking information via email. Please allow 3 to 5 business days after an order is placed for the tracking information.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter shipping information correctly. Order processing and shipping is expedited so you get your items on time therefore we have a very tight window to correct an incorrect shipping information. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, kindly send an email to Maasherfabricstore@gmail.com within 2-4 hours. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to an incorrect or invalid mailing address, if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, marked as unclaimed, return to sender or not deliverable by the carrier, we will notify you via email provided at checkout. You are responsible for any reshipment charges.
